Community Outreach Events
Therapeutic Counseling
Personalized counseling to address behavioral issues and emotional challenges. Helping all individuals with creating individual plans with attainable goals.
Crisis Intervention
Immediate support for those with urgent mental health needs. Around the clock care as needed. Crisis team is created for all individuals entering our crisis program.
Eligibility for Services
Medicaid insurance is needed to benefit from the services rendered. Anthem, United Healthcare, and Sentara/Optima, and Medicaid is accepted within Empowering Families, LLC
Intensive In Home
Is home-based mental health services designed to meet each child unique needs through crisis management, intensive behavioral issues, family therapy, coping skills, and understanding cognitive skills ages 6-18.
Mental Health Skill Building
MHSS is designed to assist individuals in obtaining independence/stability within the community. MHSB is available for adults who have long-term mental health needs, cognitive deficiencies, and having challenges completing daily living activities( ie- personal hygeine, money management, daily cleaniess, etc) Ages 20-68
Crisis Stabilization
Is a program dedicated immediately to focus on individuals experiencing an acute crisis. The crisis to pertain psychiatriatric nature of jeparzin the current living situation and mental health of suicide thoughts. THe goal of the service to prevent hospitalization and establish community support and a immediate safety plan. Ages 6-68
